Sarah Rafferty

Sarah was bitten by the acting bug when she was at pre-school. The passion for acting began when her drama teacher observed her running across his lawn trying to get ready for soccer practice in time. He advised her that she could skip the rehearsal to be part of Richard III's group. Sarah decided to take her love of the craft and pursue her studies by majoring in English and Theatre at Hamilton College studying theatre abroad in London as well as Oxford during her junior semester. Upon graduation, she earned the title of with the title magna cum laude, she Hamilton went on to study the art of acting at Yale Drama school. Sarah was encouraged to get educated about the arts by both her parents. She has a mother who is the chairperson of the English Department of the Convent of the Sacred Heart Greenwich CT and her father, who paints. The natural talent and education that she was given paid off. In addition, she has been a part of many TV shows, including Law and Order Six Feet Under Brothers & Sisters Samantha Who? Without A trace CSI Miami Bones, and feature films like Four Single Fathers, Falling For Grace. She was also in a number of professional stage productions including Gemini and As You Like It. Apart from her starring roles on television Sarah serves as a brand ambassador of her organization, the Alzheimer's Association and consistently speaks about Alzheimer's disease. Sarah was the host of the Sardi's annual party for three years running and she was the presenter at this year's Sardi's. Sarah lives on both the east and west coasts of America with her husband and two daughters, and has a job in Toronto.
